This is a very powerful clip posted by Prince Ea. I saw this video in my Facebook feed recently and I saved it so I could come back and watch it again and again - why? It clearly and simply illustrates an 'easier' way to live - a more 'powerful' way to live. I love his quote 'stress is how you interpret... see more what is happening to you'. Will we row gently down the stream, or forcefully? The choice is entirely up to us.

Most of us have a smart phone - and most of us are always on the go, yes? And we know that practising mindfulness and staying balanced and present is just that much more important when we feel frantically busy, am I right? I'm all for technology - I love social media and all that it is, however I do tend to agree with Mr. Prince in that we need to think about how present we actually are; how 'connected' we really are to our 'friends and family'. Let's not let technology... see more replace true connection. Disconnecting from human touch and interaction - well, that's just hard to 'auto-correct.
