Tony Damian was born in Gettysburg, PA in 1956, grew up and raised his family in Central CT for 45 years and has spent the past 10 years residing in Central Florida.

His career history spans many different fields: Lithography, silk-screening, layout/paste-up artist, Electronic technician, computer repairman, manufacturing automation/robotics support engineer, manufacturing — kiazan (continuous improvement) champion, computer science and math instructor, retail manager, salesman, Country Club maintenance director and handyman. Being a contractor for over 25 years lent itself to truly being a "Jack of all Trades".

He was a physical laborer with many jobs early on, until that came to abrupt end in 1982 with a freak, near fatal accident which left him with several discs, ribs and nerves damaged.

After 3 years of painkillers, muscle relaxers and multiple tests and scans; the neurosurgeons came back with the diagnosis that whether or not surgery was done he would be in a wheelchair and paralyzed from the waist down within 3 to 5 years.

This was unacceptable to Tony, thus starting his quest for alternative healing methods. Over the next several years he experienced many different types of energy healing modalities, he studied and mastered them as to be his own healer.

Tony became his own health-care provider; doing Reiki on himself daily along with meditation, Chi-Kung, Tai-Chi and natural vitamins, teas and foods. He healed gradually and totally from this injury.

His Healing quest then expanded into facilitating the healing of other people, pets and wild animals then teaching it.

-Tony has experience in Ancient Tribal and Indigenous healing practices since 1985

"The Uncertainty Factor"

Everything happens for a reason, even the bad stuff.

Many times, we will never know why things happen the way that they do.

However; for every door that closes, two more open up.

Change is always a good thing, even when it does not seem to make sense.

That is usually when the best “life changes” occur, when it seems totally wrong.

I call this "The Uncertainty Factor”.

This is when you are left with nothing; no place to go and not knowing what to do or what is going to happen next.

This is the time to surrender to the Universe or God and just let go….

Because now, the Universe can put into your view what you actually need, not what you thought you needed.

To me the truth is that we've lost sight of what God, Spirit or Universal Energy really is.

So in this we find difficulty in relating our needs to the source.

Why am I even going here with all this?

What does this have to do with what you are going through right now?

Simply because, to accept the workings of the Universe and the energy that flows throughout it, we must first have a basis to work from. If we think that everything we do is a predetermined destiny or judged by a higher being that will punish us for doing or not doing such and such; we will be less apt to accept a concept that hasn't been taught to us as a child.

Moreover, if we are to open our minds, hearts and souls to the infinite potential of possibilities, we cannot stymie ourselves on narrow-minded stuck-in-the-box thinking. We have to park our brains at the door, so to speak, and experience everything that is with the innocence and newness of an infant. For an infant exists in the presence of the present moment only, with no concept of the past or future. They only know the here and now, because time; past or future is only in the mind and is not reality.

Return to Innocence -

An infant can more easily grasp the Infinite!

The ability and responsibility to make choices puts us in a disharmonious position compared to the rest of life on Earth; we don’t exist on “animal instincts”, although we could if we chose to. Emotions such as doubt, fear and ego plague humanity’s ability to live harmoniously with the rest of the universe.

When we are not sure of what we are doing or why, or have no idea what is going to happen next we are living in "The Uncertainty Factor”

This is when the Universe can put us where we need to be and make things happen for us as they are supposed to.

When we let go is when the Universe makes it so.

But the real secret to LETTING GO is not just surrendering to the powers that be, it is you being WILLING to SURRENDER.

Merely having the intention or desire for change isn't going to bring it about...

you have to be willing to release all focus on your outcome, and allow the Universe of endless possibilities and miracles do its work!

An excerpt from

When we have a 'friend-in-need' in our view, it is important to listen carefully.

Not only to them, but to yourself as well.

Empathy is sometimes mistaken or confused with Sympathy and Apathy. Here is what I mean by that. A friend complains to you of an issue they are having. Below would be the three different responses to them from you if you were....

Apathetic: "Well, if you think that's bad, let me tell you what happened to me.... blah, blah, blah."

It is Apathy because you don't really care what happened to them, your ego just saw a great place to gain some sympathy, recognition, wow-factor, and basically someone to tell your sad, sad story to someone. This doesn't promote healing for them on any level whatsoever.

Sympathetic: "Wow, you poor thing...

I feel your problem; I need to solve it for you.” or

I feel I cannot get ahead until you are doing better.” or

My preoccupation with your issues is an expression of my love; it’s what any family member ought to do.” or

What happens to you happens to me.”

This is the Ego of the would-be/should-be helper stepping in and taking on the other’s issue as if they are the only ones that can help them. A double-negative does not cancel the issue… it creates a bigger negative. Here you become part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Empathy means Detachment and Compassion for the other.

This starts the healing of the other because in any situation it is the one with the issue that has to want to heal. So, without ego, without attachment and with compassion say these words to yourself before you listen to someone who seeks your sympathy or help:

Daily Life puts before us a myriad of health obstacles to overcome on our path to Happy, Healthy and Well Adjusted. h97fckmftkwim2xvydbk2w227uaupjek.png

Humans are Exposed to unhealthiness on every level of existence. From the microcosm; the world of the very small, such as bacteria, fungus and viruses. Up the macrocosm; the world of the very big, like solar radiation, Gravitational and Spatial displacement, or in other words; time and space itself. Not to mention everything in between, the foods we eat and the water we drink.

This constitutes the world of form or the physical exposures to our bodies. Negative influential exposure to homeostasis, or balance in life also includes emotional and psychological exposures that lead to stress, that in turn lead to disease, or what I call dis-ease.  There is more to healing than just seeing a doctor, getting and following a prescription, having surgery or praying for a miracle. It is your "Mindset".

How do you see yourself in this moment in space and time?

In other words; do you see yourself as having the disease, or do you see yourself as experiencing it?

Do you believe what "those people" say of your condition and its pre-determined outcomes, or do see yourself healing quickly and completely.... no matter what?

The image and perception you hold of yourself in the "here-and-now" is what will project into the times and spaces ahead.  Notice I didn't refer to that as the future.  The future and the past are fictitious points in time, they do not exist.  They are distractions for the mind to get lost in, rather than dealing in the presence of the present moment. What Eckhart Tolle coined and we define and ISNESS.  Living in the past brings only depression and resentment. Living for the future only brings stress, worry and doubt.  So to truly heal from these negative exposures of life, completely and fully, one must self-heal as well.

Self-Healing means taking on the responsibility and mindfulness to fully heal from whatever it is that inflicts you, be it a disease – or what we refer to as “dis-ease” – health condition, hereditary dysfunction, or any other physical, emotional, or mental illness. There is no one method of completely healing any condition by doing one particular modality. Full healing requires encompassing all realms of human existence: the full body and all of its intricately woven functions and systems; the mind, which includes memories, traumas, fears, obsessions, and predetermined outcomes; and the spirit, by which I mean the energetic self, life force energy, chi, ki, or prana.

How we’ve arrived to the point of needing healing is also an important factor in this book. What have we fed our bodies? What toxicities and heavy metals have we exposed ourselves to? What stresses have we been put through? The fact that most conditions have come about through many years of abuse, neglect, unknowing environmental exposures, and stress also means you must be willing to take the time to unravel, cleanse, repair, rebuild, and heal each layer. By doing this, you heal once and for all – unlike with modern medicine, which only suppress the symptoms. If the underlying causes are not addressed, the original problem still exists and will resurface again.

"Intuitive Self-Healing" is what I have researched, practice, teach and now write about.  It is using the power of the mind and manipulating our internal and external energies or chi, to complete and insure total healing; body, mind and spirit.  If left to only modern medicine, we do not own the healing, we are relying on others to do the work for us.  This does not work on any level.  It merely masks the symptoms temporarily, only to revisit with a vengeance. Prime example: anything to do with dermatology. Think on this for a minute.  What is needed is to return to what I call "Original Medine". Owning and determining your destiny with your thoughts, desires and mindset, utilizing all that nature has to offer, and seeing and really believing that you can heal yourself, body, mind and spirit.

It is painfully obvious to see the difference between Original Medicine and Modern Medicine; we see what is in the best interest for our whole healing and what is not. For instance, take a good look at a pharmaceutical ad on television, which spends only a few seconds on what it can do for you and the rest of the time on all the side effects – all due to unnatural, synthesized chemicals. It’s time to return to making our medicines from natural herbs, vitamins, minerals, and flora and create meals that address our needs – making food our medicine in the same way our ancestors did for thousands of years.
