For the past few days I've been asked about recipes for hand sanitizer. Here is an easy and economical recipe 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera Gel in an inner mesh because it's thicker1 tbsp aloe gel optional but softer for the hands20 to 25 drops of tea tree20 drops of lemonAnd I added two drops of nail, but be careful, it smells strong. What is important is the addition of EO disinfectants then it is more for the smell. As I'm not a fan of lavender, I used lemon which is a good and well-known disinfectant. The nail is antiviral but it smells strong. Put it in a 60ml bottle and you have your disinfectant potion. Stay Healthy French version Depuis quelques jours on me demande des recettes de désinfectan
A perspective on the Coronavirus panic that you may not have thought of...   Human beings have 6 primary survival needs. I don't want to make this post a freakin' novel so I'll just reference the first 2 quickly - 'Certainty' and 'Uncertainty'.   We have a base need for a Certainty because there has to be a minimum amount of safety for us to function outside of fight/flight. E.g. I would have to be certain that my house isn't going to fall down in order to focus on writing this facebook post. If the base safety requirement isn't established, we can't do anything until it is.   But our second survival need is Uncertainty - and that's the variety that counter-balances all that cert
Did you know that to be considered alive, a food must be consumed within a short period of time after it is picked. This means that fruits and vegetables from far away countries, having travelled for days or even weeks and which are on the shelves of our supermarkets, are not so nourishing for our cells. You therefore need to eat much more than 10 per day in order to avoid nutritional deficiencies. This is why high quality supplementation exists and must be consumed every day. Because it is fair, calculated, free of GMOs, pesticides, herbicides, etc., and supplements your diet in a safe way. Keep shining ****** French version Savez-vous que pour être considéré vivant, un aliment doit être co
I was talking to someone the other day about priorities and it came up that both of us have travelled around multiple countries for less than what it costs to maintain a tobacco habit. It reminded me of some conversations I've had with private clients around how the ego distracts us: Our complaining, catastrophizing, worrying and pacing, burns just as much (if not more) fuel as we would spend simply taking action on our dreams.   But we choose the whining because it makes us feel busy and like we're 'preparing' for the inevitable problems... So we label it 'responsible', 'mature', 'adult', and 'realistic'.   In truth, it is none of those things, it's just wasting time in our old pa
Saturday Fun ! Do you work alone? In my naturopathic practice, I work alone, but in my business, I work in a team. Nothing is more fun than planning health activities with my partner and friend Pascale Doré. What about you? Do you enjoy working with partners? ******** Travaillez-vous seul(e)? Dans ma pratique naturopathique, je travaille seule, mais dans ma business, je travaille en équipe. Hello! Today's coaching came to me in a lightning strike of 'you need to tell people this right now'.   So whoever it's meant for... Enjoy!   ***   We live in a yes/and universe. There is no 'no' with the way our universe works.  But there are different kinds of yeses.. And today we're going to discuss them, because I think some of you may be mistaking different types of yeses for nos... 😉      The 4 main types of yeses: The direct yes. This is when the answer is a solid, obvious, resounding yes. The client says yes to your offer. The audience member DMs you in response to your post. The thing you requested be made manifest shows up (in a way you're prepared to see it) within a few hours/d
