I am a private practitioner, teacher and lecturer.
I work with a lot of clients who want to loose weight, increase their energy, get fit and improve the overall quality of their lives, through healthier food choices. I also give nutritional consults on health issues ranging from Allergies and PMS to Children’s health.

Experience

~I am in private practice as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

~I have catered at Yoga with Kinneret retreats for woman and given cooking demonstrations.
~I have lectured and given health seminars at many synagogues in the GTA on Judaism’s centuries old secrets to optimal health.
~I have taught Taharas Hamishpacha (Family Purity), Sholom Bayis (Marital harmony) to brides and married women.
~I am a marital adviser on www.imamother.com since 2005, counselling numerous Jewish women from all backgrounds, from around the world.
~I have been on the team of advice columnist’s on the web site, www.chabad.org/thejewishwoman.

• Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Alumni member with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
• Member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.
• Certified Aromatherapist, from the American Institute of Unani Medicine.
• Graduate of Taharas Hamishpacha Training Institute, Certified as a Jewish Bridal teacher on the laws of Family Purity and the Jewish home.

Our services and pricing, are as follows:

Initial Nutrition consultation- $60 + HST. 1 hour initial intake session
Second and Subsequent consultations -$40 + HST
