Musical Mentoring in Collaboration With My Husband, Steve Rosborough, Local & Distance Coaching for Musicians and Performers: Self-esteem, Maximum Benefit, Minimum Effort, Confidence in Crisis, Reduction & Resolution of Stage Fright, Stress & Phobias, Audience and Performance Rapport, Attracting Your Best Resources, Wealth, Wisdom.

My healing journey is a mix of music, yoga and modalities which I have studied for, practiced and become extremely effective at as a practitioner and facilitator for my clients. My philosophy is that the mind is the key to unlocking the passageway to our dreams. When we utilize the full potential of our mind, we are powerful beyond measure.

As a musician and performing artist, I understand the stresses, fears and dreams of performers. I have overcome many hurdles in learning to sing for others. I've had stagefright so bad that it locked my vocal chords into a whisper and I was unable to perform. Luckily, the opening song was called "Whisper." My audience and I were at least able to have a chuckle at the irony as I croaked through it. The beauty of this experience is that it taught me that even if the worst happened, a singer to lose her voice, there is love and acceptance in the moment. In preparation for another concert, my nervousness caused an eczema which I sometimes have on my hands to spread to an angry red rash all over my body. I was unable to recover from that rash until I completed a training called Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment which I now offer as part of my service.

Some of the performances I am most proud of are the 8 Minutes for Peace concert in July 2008 with my husband Steve Rosborough. This was the last concert in a series of local concerts leading up to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. The idea was conceived of by Phil Alain and the intention was that on August 8, 2008 (8/8/8), the world would stop fighting and have eight minutes of peace. Whether or not the world stopped, I don't know, but I know the intention was beautiful. I also participated in a sold out fundraiser concert held at Village Lifestyles which I shared with Anna Beaumont and Marilyn Rose. Village Lifestyles is an Edmonton spiritual community centre. I also opened for Mike Ehlers whose song "Use Less" inspired me to continue to write music with a message for the world.

In collaboration with my husband and Village Lifestyles, we have also provided opportunities for friends, family and our clients to perform in safe and supportive environments.

I strive to grow and change constantly. I also intend that what I learn is passed on through our music. My goal is to make a difference to humanity and our planet through our music and by facilitating with my healing tools for others.
